Shelter and Sleeping Items:

  • Tents or sleeping bags
  • Blankets or sleeping mats

Food and Water:

  • Non-perishable food items (canned goods, granola bars, etc.)
  • Water bottles

First Aid Supplies:

  • Bandages and adhesive strips
  • Pain relievers
  • Antiseptic wipes

  • Backpack or bag for carrying belongings
